The Chef
It’s one thing to call yourself an Italian restaurant;
it’s quite another to have a real experience Italian
chef in the kitchen. Our Chef Crudeli is a native of
Tuscany with over 30 years of kitchen experience. And
like all good Italian cooks, he personally supervises
everything from procuring the perfect ingredients to
the final plate presentation. He even travels regularly
to his native region, where he selects local produce
and special pasta for Trattoria Fantasia guests. You
can taste the difference.
